I have attached a further plan of the premises and two further proposed conditions:

  1. Save for the area hatched green on the plan, the sale of alcohol will be to persons seated and served by waiter/waitress service;
  2. All tables and chairs in the external area will be rendered unusable by 11.00 pm.
